Emma had spent the entire week buried in spreadsheets, her office phone buzzing like a hive. On Saturday, she slipped on her flats, grabbed her phone, and texted, “Got any plans after 8?” Her friend replied, “Let’s hit the sky.” The idea of a rooftop bar, with its promise of cityscape views and a cocktail that tastes like freedom, felt suddenly irresistible.

At the Greenhouse Hotel’s rooftop garden, the décor leans into greenery. The menu features a lavender‑infused gin fizz that takes about 45 seconds to prepare.
